CROSS COUNTRY Running
Get the Summer’s Best Training Our Cross Country Running Camp is right at the start of summer. Runners going into grades 6-12 can start their summer training with an unforgettable experience.
Our Advantage Sisters, Oregon, provides the perfect location for a cross country running camp. Not only is Sisters Country one of the most beautiful places on earth, but within a few miles of town there are spectacular trails ranging from 3,000 to over 6,000 feet elevation, from completely flat to insanely steep. This allows our experienced coaches to provide a fantastic variety of exciting and challenging workouts to fit any runner’s ability level.  The camp will feature a variety of workouts tailored to build strength, speed, and endurance with a great balance of high altitude, hills, and flat runs.  Our team has a scientific approach to training and understand how to structure the week to include work, rest, recreation, and recovery to give maximum benefit to participants.

Work Hard Athletes will be expected to work hard. It is our goal to challenge athletes to strive for greatness and teach them valuable techniques they can apply to their training long after leaving camp.   Play Hard We enjoy what we do and we feel it is essential that every kid looks back on their time at the Great Northwest Sports Camps as a fun experience. For this reason we will maintain a healthy mix of hard work and memorable fun activities designed to build camaraderie. Great Trails Many trails are accessible right from town, and run for miles through the hills. Others can be accessed by a short van ride. Through both paths, the experience will be unrivaled.
